A West Virginia native, Dr. Wm. Neal Harmon is an internal medicine board certified physician at UT Internal Medicine – Pellissippi in Knoxville, Tenn. Although he is originally from Knoxville, Dr. Harmon attended West Virginia University for medical school and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Dr. Harmon aspired to be a doctor because it was a challenge. He joined UT Medical Center in 1997.

Dr. Harmon’s area of interest is diabetes. “I really enjoy being in internal medicine because it is all inclusive,” he says. “I get to help take care of the whole body and not just focus on one part.”

In his free time, Dr. Harmon enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa.
